Business requirements

To sell using Vrool Pro, you need to be registered as a business. Sole traders, non-profit organisations, and limited companies are all eligible to sign up.

Registration details

When you sign up, you'll provide your company registration number or sole trader details and your business address. This confirms your identity to buyers.

What you can sell

Pre-loved fashion, vintage, second-hand goods, and surplus stock. Dropshipping, counterfeit goods, and bulk new fast-fashion are not permitted.

Dual accounts

You can keep your personal Vrool account and run a Pro account alongside it using a different email. Items and reviews do not transfer between accounts.

Return & refund policies

Vrool protects both buyers and sellers. Here's how returns work depending on seller type.

Standard sellers

  • All sales are final unless the item is significantly not as described
  • Buyer has 2 days after delivery to report an issue (wrong item, damaged, counterfeit)
  • No returns for change of mind or wrong size
  • Covered by Vrool Buyer Protection during the 2-day window
  • If no issue is raised within 2 days, payment is released to the seller

Pro sellers PRO

  • Buyers can return items for any reason within 14 days of receipt
  • You must accept the return and refund the buyer once the item is received back
  • This follows UK consumer distance-selling regulations
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless item is faulty
  • Builds buyer confidence — shoppers are more likely to buy when returns are easy

Can I have both a standard and a Pro account?
Yes. You can keep your personal Vrool account and run a separate Pro account alongside it. Use a different email address and phone number for each.
Will my items and reviews move to the Pro account?
No. Items, reviews, messages, and followers do not transfer between accounts. Your Pro account starts fresh as a verified business profile.
What details will be visible on my Pro profile?
Your business name, business address, and a "Pro" badge are visible on your profile. Your company registration number is stored securely but not displayed publicly.
What can I sell on Vrool Pro?
Pre-loved clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, vintage items, and surplus stock from your business. You cannot sell counterfeit goods, dropshipped items, or bulk new fast-fashion.
Do I need to accept returns?
Yes. As a Pro seller, UK consumer regulations require you to accept returns within 14 calendar days of the buyer receiving the item, for any reason. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty.
How do payouts work?
Payouts work the same as standard sellers: funds are released to your bank account after the buyer protection window passes with no issue raised. For Pro sellers, the window is 14 days instead of 2.
