You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to change your mind and cancel, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 29. The goods must also be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3-day Buyer Protection
Once your order is marked as delivered, you have 3 calendar days to inspect your item and report a problem through Vrool. If you report an eligible issue in that time, such as the item being significantly not as described, damaged or incorrect, payment stays on hold while we review it.

If no issue is reported within 3 days, the order is completed automatically and payment is released to the seller. The transaction is then no longer eligible for a refund under Vrool Buyer Protection. Buyer Protection

This does not affect any statutory rights you may have when purchasing from a business seller.
