We decline generic fast fashion, damaged, counterfeit or unsellable items. Every bundle is reviewed by our team.

What we are looking for

Vrool is building a curated resale supply, not a clearance bin. A smaller bundle of strong pieces is better than a large bag of basics.

We go through the parcel and offer what it is worth. Money lands in your Vrool wallet, withdrawable to your bank, plus credits — and we tell you exactly what we kept. See what we pay

How we work out your offer
No formula, no small print — here is exactly how it goes.
  • We assess the bundle. Brand, era, condition and how sellable each piece is. A strong Y2K or designer bundle is worth far more to us than a bag of high-street basics.
  • We make you a cash offer. It reflects what we can realistically sell the pieces for, so it is a share of retail value, not the full ticket price.
  • You also earn credits on the pieces we keep, on top of the cash.
  • Cash goes to your Vrool wallet, and you withdraw it to your bank from there once your bank details are set up.
  • If a bundle is not sellable, there is no payment. We will tell you plainly rather than quietly paying you pennies. We still cover the postage you already used.

We only ever make an offer after the parcel is physically with us and checked by a person. Nothing on this page is a guaranteed valuation.
